For this high-quality Pai Mu Tan, only the youngest shoots are hand-picked according to ancient tradition. White tea gets its name from the fine light fluff that covers the tea leaves of these varieties. In high-quality varieties also the light color, with only a little tannin and mild and floral taste.
The taste is fragrant, floral, delicate and aromatic. The cup color of this superior quality is light golden yellow.
PREPARATION AND USE
Pour 80 °C hot water on the Pai Mu Tan and let it brew for 2 minutes. 100g loose tea for tea preparation or as a base for your kombucha.
