How to store
Please store the sourdough in the refrigerator at + 3 °C to +7 °C. If the culture arrives slightly bloated, this is a healthy sign of liveliness. If stored for a longer period of time, liquid will settle on the product. This is normal and not a sign of poor quality. Before use, first stir any excess liquid back into the firmer mixture. Please store the bag tightly sealed after opening.
