For the success of cabbage and vegetable fermentation, it is of the utmost importance that there is enough brine and the ferment is well compacted. Since kneading by hand can be very exhausting and time-consuming, our cabbage tamper is the perfect tool for all friends of fermentation. Its special shape ensures that enough juice comes out without damaging the ferment. At the same time, the pressing ensures good compaction in the jar and the displacement of bubbles.
Do not wash the cabbage tamper in the dishwasher. After use, rinse with water and occasionally treat with a suitable oil.
